I’ve started the Ketogenic Diet for Weight Loss. Guess what?! I’ve definitely seen a decrease in both the number of migraines I’ve had AND the severity of my migraines when I do have one. I’m in week 5 now and I can’t promise it’s just the diet. There’s a real possibility it’s the combination of both the Vimpat and the Keto diet that is putting me in a good place. I’ve also heard some really good things about keto and migraine in online keto groups, as well as in migraine groups. There are also stories that aren’t positive, but mostly it’s been successful. You just never know if those with negative stories are not strict, missing steps, or do not have a good guide to follow this diet. Personally, I feel the keto way is my way. I could definitely live like this. With that in mind, I created a Ketogenic Supply Store that I could easily go through when wanting to buy something without all the filtering. It’s still a work in progress, but I wanted to make it available to everyone. Keep in mind, not every item in this store is 100% ketogenic approved, you will still want to check out the ingredients just to be sure.
